Samsung has declared its first Windows 8 Smart phone called New Samsung ATIV S. The ‘ATIV’ series will carry all of Samsung’s Windows 8 and Windows Mobile 8 OS operating devices in the same as Samsung’s Galaxy device operating on Android OS.
